Frequency is modular subdivision of a system — complexity by integer steps of structure. Programs that “refine resolution” are frequency raisers; quanta are the countable units those programs spend.
Technical
Teₙ = n(n+1)(n+2)/6 · Tₙ = n(n+1)/2 · geodesic vertices ≈ 10n²+2. UI maps slider integers to shell count; formulas are classic discrete sequences used as didactic stand-ins for Fuller’s modular accounting.
